Mybooks service Business plans and pricing

MyBooks 24/7 will do their best to assure accuracy and thoroughness; however, client is responsible for providing all information requested or necessary to assure substantial accuracy of the financial records. All requests for necessary documents to perform our duties must be forwarded to MyBooks 24/7 in a timely manner as it may be critical to deadlines.

It is the Client’s responsibility to review the prepared financial reporting along with supporting data information presented carefully, as the Client will have the final responsibility for the information reported within their financial statements and/or other documents. Therefore, MyBooks 24/7 will be released of any and all liability of Client financial and operational obligations and responsibilities of their business.

Further, MyBooks 24/7 provides honest and accurate services and will refuse any requests, tasks, or expectations of which entail wrongful, illegal, and/or unethical acts. Should such expectations be placed on MyBooks 24/7 in any way, contract is subject to immediate termination, at which time final and any outstanding invoices are due immediately.

MyBooks 24/7 reserves the right to re-evaluate and propose an adjusted billing subscription based on your business needs and work volume at anytime. Should a re-evaluation be completed, you will be notified and provided a new proposal for billing change. Client will have 10 days from receipt of new proposal to accept or cancel services.

Both parties may cancel this agreement at any time. Canceled services will terminate at end of prepaid billing period. Client will have access to portal documents for up to 30 days after cancellation of service. The QuickBooks Online subscription included with this service will be canceled immediately, the client will have option to gain ownership which will require that the client assumes software subscription fees at the current client rate offered by QuickBooks.

Refunds will be at the sole discretion of MyBooks 24/7. Any requests for refunds must be requested within 10 days of canceling service to be considered. Refunds granted by MyBooks 24/7 will not exceed 1 month of service.

Any and all information provided to MyBooks 24/7 is held in strict confidence and is never shared for any purpose unless otherwise authorized or instructed by our clients in writing. No client information, business, personal, or otherwise, will be shared outside of MyBooks 24/7 to any person or business.
