Once you log into your portal, you will have a contract pending for review and electronic signature. Upon completing the contract, you will be required to process payment to start the monthly subscription.

Complete onboarding and setup with your bookkeeper

After completing the contract and subscription payment setup, you will have a form awaiting your completion with specific questions regarding your business and service needs. Once you submit this form, a bookkeeper will be assigned and can begin setting up your accounting software.

Once your bookkeeper has received your form and setup your accounting software for your unique business, you will be contacted to discuss next steps and any additional info needed via phone or web meeting. At this point, your bookkeeping services are in progress.
